Shares of Loveable Lingerie has surged 5% to Rs 320 after the foreign investors bought an additional nearly 2% stake of the company for Rs 10 crore from open market.
Nalanda India Equity Fund has acquired 316,536 equity shares representing 1.88% stake in Lovable Lingerie at price of Rs 300 per share, the bulk deals data shows.
On January 15, 2014 Nalanda India Equity Fund Limited bought 1,78,882 shares of Lovable Lingerie at Rs 299.91 on the NSE and bought 1,37,654 shares at Rs 299.98 on the BSE.
Nalanda India Equity Fund Ltd held 5.64% or 948,356 shares in Loveable Lingerie as on September 30, 2013.
