Benchmark share indices ended marginally lower on Thursday after hitting 3-year highs intra-day as index heavyweights pared most of the early gains and selling pressure in IT majors.
The 30-share Sensex ended down 61 points at 20,707 after topping the 21,000 mark and the 50-share Nifty ended down 15 points at 6,163 after hitting a high of 6,252.
