The NSE Nifty has touched a low of 4,505 and is now gyrating zones. The index is now at 4,536, up 12 points.
Tata Motors advanced 7% to Rs 364. Suzlon has advanced 4.5% to Rs 101. Maruti, Tata Steel, ABB and Sterlite have added over 3% to Rs 1,342, Rs 430, Rs 742, Rs 80 and Rs 653, respectively.
HDFC has slipped around 3% to Rs 2,384. PNB, Reliance and Ambuja Cements have declined over 2% to Rs 720, Rs 1,995 and Rs 95, respectively.
The Sensex is at 15,269, up 37 points.
The market breadth is fairly positive, out of 2,565 shares traded, 1,504 have advanced and 971 have adeclined so far on the BSE.
