Menthol strengthens on pick up in demand

Menthol prices strengthened by Rs 5 per kg in the national capital today on increased demand against limited arrivals.

Traders said less arrivals from the producing regions against rising demand mainly led to a rise in menthol prices.

Menthol bold crystal, menthol flake and mentha oil prices remained in demand and added Rs 5 each to Rs 865, Rs 820 and Rs 765 per kg, respectively.
