Most active stocks on the BSE

Educomp solutions continues to top the value chart with a turnover of Rs 368.27 crore. It is followed by Reliance Capital (204.97 crore), Tata Steel (Rs 201.90 crore), Reliance (Rs 183.15 crore) and ONGC (Rs 165.41 crore).

Satyam Computers is leading the volume char with trades of over 14.31 million shares, followed by Ispat Industries (12.04 million), NIIT (11.32 million), Suzlon (10.04 million) and Unitech (9.36 million).

Educomp Solutions has topped the value chart with a turnover of Rs 244.13 core on the BSE so far. It is followed by ONGC (Rs 141.49 crore), Reliance Capital (Rs 109.19 crore), Reliance (Rs 102.65 crore) and Tata Steel( Rs 82.37 crore).

NIIT has topped the volumes chart with trades of 8.09 million shares. It is followed by Satyam Computers (7.89 million), Ispat (7.05 million), Jagran Prakashan (5.976 million) and Unitech (5.85 million).
