Foxconn tied up with Mukta Arts' subsidiary WhistlingWoods International (WWI) over the weekend for co-creation of content that can be used across media platforms.
“The world's largest contract manufacturer of electronic gadgets Foxconn Technology may pick up a stake either in listed Mukta Arts or one of its arms, as the Taiwanese firm seeks to branch out beyond its established forte of hardware products,” the PTI reports suggests. Till 09:34 AM, a combined 68,945 shares changed hands and there were pending buy orders for 215,000 shares on the BSE and NSE.
The shares of Mukta Arts, promoted by filmmaker Subhash Ghai, have zoomed by 34% in the past three trading sessions from Rs 30.60 on August 5, compared to a 0.46% rise in the S&P BSE Sensex.
