NBCC gains on construction order worth Rs 3,000 crore
The order from AIIMS worth Rs 3,000 crore to develop Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre
SI Reporter Mumbai Shares of NBCC were up over 2% on the Bombay Stock Exchange at Rs 1,008 after the company announced that it has won an order from All India Institute of Medical Sciences to develop a Rs 3,000 crore Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre Ph-II at AIIMS, New Delhi.
The project is planned for 2,250 patient beds and shall be developed on a land parcel of 15 acres within a period of 4 years. Memorandum of Understanding has been entered on December 21, 2005, the release added.
The stock opened at Rs 1,020 and touched a high of Rs 1,036. At 12:20pm, over 297,000 shares were traded on both the stock exchanges.
