Brent crude oil futures rose more than $1 to above $87 a barrel on Friday as investors bought into a market they saw as oversold. US crude was also up sharply, rising more than $1 to above $84 a barrel. The price rebound follows four weeks of falling prices which have seen Brent lose more than a fifth of its value since June.
