Omnesys buys into back office solution provider

Omnesys Technologies has bought a controlling stake in Harsa IT solutions, a provider of back office, PMS and wealth management products. Omnesys, which has NSE as a promoter, would now be able to provide end-to-end solutions to the broking community, , including brokers, banks and hedge funds.
