Provisional: Markets end flat; Tata Motors dn 3%

Markets ended flat with a negative bias on Wednesday as investors turned cautious ahead of inflation data tomorrow.

The 30-share Sensex ended down 41 points at 21,213 and the 50-share Nifty ended down 25 points at 6,308.
