“Reliance Capital Trustee Company through various schemes of Reliance Mutual Fund has purchased 50,000 shares or 0.04% stake in Radico Khaitan on October 13, 2015,” the company said in a statement.
Post acquisition, Reliance Capital Trustee Company stake in the company increased to 9.53% from 9.49%, it added.
Meanwhile, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) and domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have increased their holdings in Radico Khaitan by more than two percentage points in July-September quarter.
FIIs stake rose to 21.13% from 18.48% in June quarter, while of DIIs to 13.32% from 11.14%, according to shareholding pattern filed by the company with the stock exchange.
The trading volumes on the counter more than doubled with a combined 500,795 shares changed hands on the NSE and BSE till 10:10 am.
