Private sector lender RBL Bank on Thursday raised Rs 364 crore from 25 anchor investors.

The lender allotted 161.7 million shares at Rs 225 apiece to investors, which included nearly a dozen mutual funds. RBL Bank’s Rs 1,214-crore initial public offering (IPO) opens for Friday. The price band for the IPO is Rs 224-225.

About Rs 832 crore of the IPO is issue of fresh equity and the remaining Rs 382 crore is an offer for sale by existing investors.
