 "Redington (India) dips after block deals")
Redington (India) has dipped 12% to Rs 98 after more than six million shares of the company changed hands on the counter via block deals on the bourses.
At 10:50 AM, around 4.1 million shares on NSE and 2.6 million shares on BSE changed hands via block deals, the exchanges data show.
The name of buyers and sellers were not immediately known.
At 11:43 AM, the stock was down 7% at Rs 104 on the BSE as compared to 0.05% decline in the S&P BSE Sensex. A combined 8.18 million shares representing 2% of total equity of the company changed hands on the BSE and NSE. An average sub one million shares were traded daily in past two weeks on both the exchanges.
