The Sensex has slipped back into red and is now down 69 points at 9,771.
Hindalco has slumped over 7% to Rs 56. ICICI Bank has plunged 6.5% to Rs 406.
Tata Motors has tumbled 5.8% each to Rs 146. DLF and Hindustan Unilever have shed almost 5% each at Rs 254 and Rs 235, respectively.
Sterlite has slipped 3.7% to Rs 239. SBI has declined nearly 3% to Rs 1,187, and Tata Steel has dropped 2.7% to Rs 186.
ITC and Maruti are down 2.3% each at Rs 169 and Rs 559, respectively.
Mahindra & Mahindra and Reliance are down over 2% each at Rs 350 and Rs 1,182, respectively.
TCS has surged 3.5% to Rs 544. Wipro has rallied nearly 3% to Rs 255.
NTPC has gained 2.5% at Rs 155. Infosys and HDFC are up nearly 2% each at Rs 1,279 and Rs 1,687, respectively.
