The Sensex has touched a high of 15,131, up 466 points.
The index is now at 15084, up 418 points.
DLF has soared 11% to Rs 405. Reliance Communications, TCS and Ranbaxy have surged 7% each at Rs 332, Rs 790 and Rs 285, respectively.
Tata Power and Jaiprakash Associates have gained 6% each at Rs 1,148 and Rs 219, respectively.
Wipro, Larsen & Toubro, Tata Steel, Mahindra & Mahindra, Hindalco and SBI are up 4-6% each.
NTPC, Grasim, Tata Motors and Sun Pharma are the losers so far on the BSE.
The market breadth is marginally negative, out of 2,786 shares traded, 1,356 have advanced and 1,384 have declined so far on the BSE.
