Satyam has zoomed over 12% to Rs 302, and Wipro has soared over 11% to Rs 315.
Jaiprakash Associates has surged over 9% to Rs 88. DLF and ICICI Bank have rallied over 8% each to Rs 327 and Rs 460, respectively.
Tata Power and Reliance Infrastructure have gained 8% each at Rs 854 and Rs 651, respectively.
Larsen & Toubro and TCS have advanced over 7% each to 1,061 and Rs 617, respectively. Tata Steel has added 6.7% to Rs 325.
Ranbaxy has moved up 6.5% to Rs 292. Infosys, HDFC and Bharti Airtel are up around 6% each at Rs 1,400, Rs 1,927 and Rs 783, respectively.
Mahindra & Mahindra has shed 2% at Rs 510. ONGC has shed 1.5% at Rs 903, and Hindalco has slipped 1% to Rs 88.
