Sensex up 98pts; Bharti Airtel gains 2%

The Sensex is now up 98 points at 13,669.

Sterlite has surged 7.8% to Rs 485. HDFC Bank has gained 2.8% to Rs 1,272. Tata Steel has rallied 2.4%  to Rs 482.

Reliance Infrastructure and Bharti Airtel are up 2% each to Rs 881 and Rs 810, respectively. BHEL and Grasim has advanced 1.9% each at Rs 1,657 and Rs 1,926, respectively.

Wipro has plunged 5.4% to Rs 369. TCS has lost 2.5% to Rs 703.

Infosys is down 2.2% at Rs 1,509. Tata Motors has lost 2% to Rs 386.

Satyam has shed 1.6% at Rs 326. HDFC, NTPC, ICICI Bank, Maruti and ITC are the other losers.
