Sugar prices decline on good supply
Sugar prices declined at the Vashi wholesale market here today on ample supplies amidst lower consumer demand.
Small sugar quality (S-30) moved down by Rs 10/20 per quintal to Rs 2,650/2,690 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 2,660/2,710.
Medium sugar quality (M-30) also edged down by Rs 5 per quintal to Rs 2,700/2,785 as against Rs 2,700/2,790.
