Tata Teleservices is up as it switches on high speed mobile TV.
The stock has opened at Rs 26.50 and touched a high of Rs 26.60. The stock is now trading at Rs 26.45, up over 1% each. The counter has witnessed trades of 11,140 million shares as compared to the two-week daily average traded volumes of 657,564 shares on the BSE.
Tata Teleservices became the first service provider to offer mobile TV on high speed broadband wireless by launching Photon TV, which allows users to access channels on desktops and laptops.
