Urad, gram, sugar fall, wheat gains Rs 50

Prices of urad dal,gram dal, sugar declined, while wheat moves up, rest all other commodities remained unchanged in the wholesale foodgrains market here today.

Urad dal and gram dal moved down by Rs 100 and Rs 50 per quintal to Rs 7,300 and Rs 2,550 from Yesterdays rate of Rs 7,400 and Rs 2,600 respectively.

Sugar edged down by Rs 25 per quintal to Rs 2,725 from Rs 2,750.

However, Wheat rose by Rs 50 per quintal to Rs 1,700 from its previous level of Rs 1,650.

Thoor dal,moong dal,maida and sooji remained unchanged from their yesterdays rates.

Following are the today's rates per quintal: Thoor dal Rs 6,900, urad dal Rs 7,300, moong dal Rs 9,000, gram dal Rs 2,550, sugar Rs 2,725, wheat Rs 1,700, maida (90 kgs) rs.1,650 and sooji (90 kgs) Rs 1,750.
