Wall Street flat as Greeks draw up bailout

US stocks were little changed on Tuesday as Greece's government said it was preparing the text of an agreement on a 130-billion euro bailout that will be put to the nation's leaders later in the day.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 13.32 points, or 0.10%, at 12,831.81. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was down 2.29 points, or 0.17%, at 1,342.04. The Nasdaq Composite Index was down 3.30 points, or 0.11%, at 2,898.69.
