Smartinvestor : Markets seems to be consolidating for the second straight after sharp gains last week. Th e Nifty continues to remain above 5,900 levels. What is your call for Nifty futures?

Chandan Taparia : Aftre a rally of more than 300 points (From 5675 to 5990 levels), now market is consolidating and facing supply pressure at higher levels. Till it remains above 5940 levels, trend may remain positive buy below 5940 a small correction may be seen towards 5880 levels.

Chandan Taparia : Put Call Ratio based on Open Interest of Nifty has moved up sharply in this series and now at around 1.18 levels, that indicates that Put writers are more aggresive than Call writers.

Smartinvestor : Realty major DLF is among the active stocks in the options segment today. The stock has registered contracts at strike prices of Rs 270-300 both in the put and the call side. What is your call on the realty major for March options expiry?
