Welspun Corp has rallied 9% to Rs 107 on the BSE in early morning trade after the company said it has won an order for supply of @ 216 K MTs line pipes for an onshore project in Americas.
With the addition of this order, current order hook of the company has crossed @ 1040 K MTs worth Rs 6,400 crore, Welspun Corp said in a filing.
As on November 14, 2015, the company had pipe order book position at 852 K MTs worth Rs 5,200 crore.
At 09:23 AM, the stock was up 8% at Rs 106 on the BSE. A combined 922,307 shares changed hands on the counter on the BSE and NSE.
