Zinc down 0.5% on global cues

Prices fell as participants reduced their positions

Zinc futures for April traded lower by 55 paise, or 0.54%, to Rs 101.10 per kg in 1,119 lots.     

At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the May contract fell by 45 paise, or 0.53%, to trade at Rs 102.55 per kg in 62 lots.

Prices fell as participants reduced their positions.
