Hero will launch Dash in June 2015, two more launches for this year

Hero Motocorp will be launching Dash, its new 110cc scooter in June this year. The 110cc scooter has been spotted on several occasions doing test rounds around the company's plant. This scooter gets a lot more goodies like USB mobile charger, LED tail lamp, side stand indicator and service due indicator as well. This bike weighs 110kgs and will get a six-litre fuel tank, drum brakes and 12-inch wheels. This scooter should be priced at about Rs 55,000 (on-road).

The second launch for this year will the Hero Dare, another scooter but in the 125cc segment. This will be another interesting scooter from Hero and it will be priced at Rs 72,000 (on-road). As the scooter market is gaining pace, Hero will not want to lose any momentum to capture the most of this growing segment. The Dare will be launched after Dash.

 
The third major launch for Hero this year will be Hero's new 250cc bike, which was due to be launched this year before March. Ideally, this should be the first launch of the year for Hero MotoCorp. This is called the HX250R and will be the most powerful bike from Hero MotoCorp. This bike will produce 31bhp of power and 26Nm of peak torque. This has a six-speed manual transmission and it will be fuel-injected as well. Hero has been developing a new injection system for this bike, however we do not have all the details on it at the moment. The power produced by the HX250R is more than the KTM Duke 200 as well. The new Gujarat plant of Hero will be completed and inaugurated by April 2016.
