Renault servicing offers free vehicle pick-up and drop for all women customers

Renault India has announced that it will offer free vehicle pick-up and drop for all women customers for car servicing. This offer can be availed by all women customers who have the car registered in their names, and will be applicable across all Renault products in India.

Renault has already announced an aggressive product expansion plan in India with two new product launches planned this year with the MPV- Renault Lodgy and a compact hatch. Together with this, Renault has also been working on a focussed approach to enhance the ownership experience, and the free vehicle pick-up and drop for all women customers for car servicing is one of the initiatives on this front.

The new initiative rolled out on March 8, International Womens Day, and will be offered across all Renault dealerships in India. Renault is constantly engaging with customers on bettering the brand experience and the new move is in line with customer feedback on small efforts that can make a big difference to the ownership experience.

Another initiative that Renault recently introduced is Renault Secure. Extended warranty service contracts have been integrated with Roadside Assistance which offers towing facilities in cases of immobilization, accidents or any unforeseen event, and this is offered under the brand Renault Secure. These are competitively priced, in order to provide complete Peace of Mind to customers and offer them the best ownership experience.
