1D member Niall Horan has 'successful' knee surgery

Niall Horan has revealed that his knee surgery was successful and has asked fans to respect his privacy.

The One Direction band member took to Twitter saying that he had a major knee surgery, much larger than he had anticipated, the Mirror reported.

Horan added that it was a success, and he would like some privacy as he recovers and gets ready for the band's tour.
