The Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of the Mumbai police on Sunday arrested two people with at least 3 kilograms of mephedrone or Meow Meow, a popular party drug.
The seized drug is worth around Rs 60 lakh.
Both the accused have been sent to the police custody till January 4.
