Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal has said that the party will be presenting evidence to prove its allegations against Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Satish Upadhyay over power discoms today.
"Satish Upadhyay said he would quit politics if we present evidence. Today we will present evidence. Hope he keeps his word," the AAP chief tweeted.
Earlier in the day, AAP leader Somnath Bharti reaffirmed allegations on Upadhyay over power discoms and said that the party has enough evidence to prove the same.
Upadhyay had threatened to sue Kejriwal over power discom allegations earlier on Wednesday. Kejriwal has alleged that the former's companies had supplied electric meters to Anil Ambani-group controlled power utility BSES and that the party was soft on discoms indulging in corruption.
