Adele is being kept in a solitary confinement as she is trying to avoid damage to her voice during her first live dates in almost five years.
The 27-old-year singer suffered a vocal haemorrhage, which required throat surgery, and she was forced to cancel the remainder of her live shows, reports the Mirror.
To avoid a repeat, the 'Hello' hit-maker is on a strict diet and has imposed a booze ban on herself to keep her in the best of health, though it has left her with acne.
The singer, who is into a nine-month, 107-date world tour, said, "I've been taking echinacea four times a day. I've been on the Beroccas."
The singer added that she broke her booze ban over the weekend and it left her with gastric reflux.
