A 25-year-old girl in Ajmer has accused her father of rape and torture.
Originally from Nainital, the rape victim, Kripa Neyal, says that she came to Ajmer six days ago and has since been riding horse carts here for a living.
Notably, the accused, Avnendra Singh Neyal, is a former commissioner in Uttarakhand's Kumaon division.
The girl also alleges to have received death threats.
"I have been given death threats, but I am angry, not scared," said the victim.
