Amazon will no longer provide live video chat tech support
Amazon is killing its Mayday service that allowed users to seek help from technicians via live video chat.
Mayday video calling service will be discontinued in June 2018, Engadget reported.
Amazon is reportedly ending the service because the video calling tech support was offered on legacy devices which the company no longer sells.
