Angus Deaton wins Nobel Prize in economics
The Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel for 2015 has been awarded to Angus Deaton by the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.
The prize has been awarded to Deaton "for his analysis of consumption, poverty, and welfare".
