Anushka sends powerful message on International Women's Day

Anushka Sharma is one of B-town's most successful and multi-talented personalities who is not only an actor but has boldly broken barriers by turning producer. The fiery star has now turned rapper for her second production 'Phillauri'.

The 'NH 10' star, who is busy promoting her upcoming flick, recently interacted with the media and wished "all beautiful, lovely, strong women a very Happy Women's Day."

She even gave out a powerful message to all talented self conscious women and said, "I think if you sincerely feel very strongly about something and like whatever I have done in my life has always come from strong instincts. Something inside of me tells me that I should do something, I listen and I do it and I don't feel scared."

"So, the idea is that you always know what is it that you have to do, where your life wants to push you, so you should listen to yourself. Back yourself, support yourself. Only when you do that, can anybody else support you," added the 28-year-old.

On a related note, directed by Anshai Lal and produced by Anushka Sharma and Karnesh Sharma under the banner of Fox Star Studios and Clean Slate Films, 'Phillauri' also stars Diljit Dosanjh and Suraj Sharma in the lead roles. The flick will hit the theatres on March 24.
