Art and Culture fest held in Shillong
The 3rd Shillong Creative Arts, Literature and Music festival held at the State Central Library brought together the best of the state's creative talent.
Workshops, dance performances, reading sessions, panel discussions and various skill developing programmes were the major attraction at the event.
Youngsters had a gala time as they were given a platform to learn and showcase their knowledge on various topics.
