The theatre ensemble of the Ambedkar University, Delhi (AUD) will be showcasing their interpretation of the Annie Baker play 'The Flick' on April 10-11.
Set in Massachusetts, the play, which is co-directed by Mihir Dhar Prabhu and Akshaya Pattanayak, is a comedy of the mundane and deals with the search for authenticity and meaning, which are epitomised by the near-extinct 35 millimetre film projector.
Annie Baker received the 2014 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and won the 2013 Obie Award for Playwriting for the play.
