B-town tweets to wish 'Happy New Year'

The calendar has turned and 2016 has rolled in. Along with celebrating New Year's Eve in high spirits Bollywood celebrities shared some warm wishes through the micro blogging site, Twitter.

'Dilwale' star Kriti Sanon write, "Happyy new year everyone!!!! Have a rocking 2016!"

Director Karan Johar tweeted, "The only way to make the new year matter is if you matter to your environment! Be the friend..spouse and family that one can count on! #2016"

Meanwhile, newly married Shahid Kapoor posted a cute picture from his wedding with Mira Rajput to welcome 2016.

Along with the picture, Shahid Wrote, "She made this year totally worth it. Happy new year you all. Make others happy this year. Keep it real and always make it count."

Giving her warm wishes, Sushmita Sen tweeted, "Happy new year beautiful people!!!!!! Here's to 2016!!!! Be blessed..be alive...be YOU!!!!!! I love u guys!!!"

Making a midnight resolution, actor Boman Irani wrote, "At midnight I make the resolution, at 12.05 my wife says 'dinner is served'. .....game over na Bhai!"

His tweet was followed by another tweet that read, "Happpyyyyyy neeeeeewwwww yearrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!"

Other celebs like, Mahesh Bhatt, Vivek Oberoi, Priety Zinta, Raveena Tandon, Juhi Chawla, Mugdha Godse, Lara Dutta, Neha Dhupia and Ameesha Patel also took to their Twitter handles to send wishes.
