Baba Ramdev assures full support to Kejriwal if he contests against Sonia Gandhi

Yoga guru Baba Ramdev on Wednesday offered to support the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal to help him win the general election against Congress president Sonia Gandhi, if he contests against her from Rae Bareli in Uttar Pradesh.

"All the scams which Kejriwal talks about, were done under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi. If he contests elections against her, then, he will not be slapped or beaten up. This way, he will save his self respect and also will be able to fulfil his aim of providing proper political justice to the country. If he contests from Rae Bareli, I will myself go with the hundreds of thousands of my supporters and workers who are in the city. We will get votes for him and help him get a historical win in the elections with a huge majority and send him back to Delhi," he said.

Criticising Sonia Gandhi, he said she is a heartless person and not working for the nation's progress.

"Sonia Gandhi is a cruel woman, a thief and leads a family of robbers who have destroyed the country in a brutal manner. They have thrust the country into a deep pit," Baba Ramdev thundered.
