'Bandeyaa' is very unconventional song, says Aishwarya Rai

Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who is making a comeback with Sanjay Gupta's 'Jazbaa', launched the first song of the movie called 'Bandeyaa' in India's showbiz capital Mumbai.

The song, which has been picturised on Aishwarya, is composed by Amjad- Nadeem and has been sung by Jubin Nautiyal.

The 'Guru' star talking about how the song is unconventional and how enacting it was convenient said, "Everything is very spontaneous in the song. I share good comfort level with Sanjay and Ahmed. So, working with him was incredibly easy. The brief from both, Sanjay and Ahmed, was to feel the song and to be true to it. So, while this will get labeled as a video, we are not playing to the perception of how video should to be."

Directed by Sanjay Gupta, 'Jazbaa' is an action drama film which also stars Irrfan Khan in the lead role along with Jackie Shroff and Shabana Azmi in pivotal roles.

The movie is scheduled to release on October 9.
