Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday announced an ex-gratia of Rs 4 lakh each for next of kin of those who lost their lives in a boiler blast at the Sasa Musa Sugar Mill in Gopalganj.
At least four labourers were killed and many others got injured in the incident, following which the police arrested the sugar mill owner.
There were reportedly at least 100 labourers present inside the factory during the explosion.
