Rashtriya Janta Dal(RJD) leader Manoj Jha on Tuesday said Bihar is not a monarchy, but promoting cooperative federalism.
"Eighty six percent of the package is already approved expenditure. So, I think he (Prime Minister Modi) has simply lost the plot. He is calling it 'Dilli ka Khazana', We are not living in a monarchy. We are living in a cooperative federalism," Jha told ANI.
"I saw a possible sign of defeat on his face. It's a good sign for us, but, it is certainly not a good sign for the star campaigner of the BJP. He (Modi) is playing with numbers, whereas he does not know the direction of the numbers, because the numbers more often go against what he says. He does not know macro-economy and micro-economy but the kind of comment he made is not expected from a Prime Minister," he added.
With PM Modi asking for accountability from the leaders who ruled Bihar for 25 years, he said, "PM Modi does not know about the 25 years rule. We ruled for 15 years and went to the people and gave an accountability of what we did. He even does not have the right memory that out of 25 years, eight years BJP was in power. I think he should have some sense of history, and that will help the nation.
