Former Australian cricket Test captain Allan Border admitted that he has become an extremely frustrated fan of swashbuckling all-rounder Shane Watson following an inconsistent batting display over the span of 10 years.
Border believes that Watson, who only has four centuries at a batting average of 35, was just so brilliant when he was at his best and admitted that he had been hoodwinked by his occasional flashes of brilliance. He said that it was time for him to start batting for long periods of time and making big runs, the Daily Telegraph reported.
According to him, the most incredible frustrating thing about Watson is the fact that everybody knows he has the talent and that is why he is still playing Test cricket for Australia.
He further said that if he wasn't careful he would run out of time to show what he could do.
