Bruce Willis is set to make his Broadway debut this fall with 'Misery.'
Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures confirmed that the 59-year-old actor will star alongside New York stage veteran Elizabeth Marvel, as the successful romance-novel author rescued and held captive by his "Number One Fan," Deadline.com reported.
The play by William Goldman is an adaptation of the Stephen King novel and the 1990 film starring James Caan and Oscar winner Kathy Bates.
Will Frears will direct the play, but neither the dates nor the theater has been booked for the "strictly limited engagement," which is being co-produced by the Warner Bros. arm with Castle Rock Entertainment and Raymond Wu.
