BTown 'saddened' over Amarnath Yatra terror attack

The whole nation went numb with the news of the terror attack on the Amarnath Yatra pilgrims on Monday, killing atleast seven yatris.

Along with every citizen of this country, BTown too voiced their concern over the issue and condemned it.

From Shah Rukh Khan to Shabana Azmi to Karan Johar, all took to their social media handles to share their thoughts.

For the unversed, a group of terrorists yesterday had earlier opened fire at a bus carrying the Amarnath Yatra pilgrims in the Anantnag district, Jammu and Kashmir.

The incident occurred at 8.20 p.m. when the bus, carrying 17 pilgrims from Baltal to Mir Bazar, became victim to the terrorist attack.

Reportedly, the bus was neither a part of a convoy nor registered with the shrine board.

The death toll in the attack has risen to seven. The police have also confirmed that as many as 15 people have been injured.
