Cabinet to finalise Parliament session schedule today

The Union Cabinet will meet here today to decide on the date of inaugural session of the 16th Lok Sabha.

The session expected to commence from next month, will also discuss the process of election of speaker and other formalities for the constitution of new Lok Sabha.

The first session will witness election of the new speaker and the joint address by the President to the two houses.
