Canadian Milos Raonic has beat Serbia's Janko Tipsarevic in five sets on Friday during the Davis Cup semifinals to make Canada settle to a 1-1 even with Serbia.

Earlier, world No.1 Novak Djokovic had defeated Canada's Vasek Pospisil 6-2, 6-0, 6-4 to give Serbia a 1-0 lead.

However, Xinhua reports that Raonic fired 34 aces to subdue Tipsarevic 5-7, 6-3, 3-6, 6-3, 10-8 over four hours.

The winner will take on either the Czech Republic or Argentina in the final in November, the report added.
