Charlie Sheen is going to court to ask a judge to slash his child support payments to former wife Denise Richards.
A source said that the 48-year-old actor plans on going to a LA court in the next several days in a bid to slash the 55,000 dollars that he pays the mother of his daughters, Sam and Lola, each month, RadarOnline reported.
Sheen also wants to evict the 43-year-old actress from the luxury home, he owns, and has allowed her to live in, with her three kids.
A source said that Sheen hasn't spent any time with his kids in several months and thinks that it's ridiculous that he continues to pay Richards 55,000 dollars.
The mercurial actor has alleged that Richards doesn't allow him to spend time with their daughters during the holidays.
Last year, Sheen had even hinted on social media that he would no longer pay Richards child support.
He hash-tagged a subsequent tweet, "#TooMuchChildsupport.
