Other than being on the sets of upcoming movie 'Half Girlfriend,' Chetan Bhagat is busy wrapping up his next novel that is slated for a Diwali release.
The 42-year-old author took to his Twitter handle to write, "Wrapping up new book in female first person. Can't wait to share details with all of you. Releases this Diwali."
After seven bestsellers, this will be Bhagat's first book from a female point of view.
The '2 States' novelist, who now-a-days is seen posting snaps from the 'Half Girlfriend' set, also tweeted that being on film-set from start to finish has increased his respect for the filmmakers.
"First time on film set from start to finish.So much hard work!New found respect for filmmakers.Pen & paper so much simpler! #HalfGirlfriend," he wrote on his Twitter handle.
The Mohit Suri-directed movie, based on Bhagat's novel with the same title, stars Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead.
