Chinese general states US foreign policy has 'erectile dysfunction' problem

A Chinese general, Maj. Gen. Zhu Chenghu, has smashed US foreign policy under president Obama, saying that the policy has an 'erectile dysfunction' problem.

According to The Washington Times, Maj. Gen. Zhu Chenghu, a professor at the National Defense University, made the comments while speaking to a Chinese-language Phoenix TV station, in Singapore.

Gen. Zhu said that from the situation in Ukraine this kind of ED (extended deployment) has become the male type of ED problem that is erectile dysfunction.

He added that US must rely on its allies to reach its goal of containing China's development, the report said.
