'Star Wars' actor David Prowse is set to reprise his role as the Green Cross Man, it has been revealed.
The 79-year-old actor will play the role of same safety-conscious superhero that he played in public information films 40 years ago but this time he will convey the message to stop tweeting and listen to traffic not music, the Independent reported.
The concept is the brain-child of an insurance company who has decided to rope-in Prowse for the role.
The firm asserted that adult behavior on the roads had deteriorated in recent years, blaming the rise of smartphones and ear-encompassing headphones.
The safety-conscious superhero had his three original strands i.e. to "stop, look and listen" and the same theme will continue with a new concept.
